කොතරම් බලසම්පන්න මායාවකටවත් යටපත් කළ නොහැකි සත්‍යයේ යුක්තියේ හඬ නැවත අවදි වෙමින් තිබේ. මින් පෙර නොවූ විරූ ලෙස වඩාත් වැඩි ශක්තියකින් ජවයකින් රටේ සුවහසක් ජනයාගේ අධ්‍යාපන හා සෞඛ්‍ය අයිතීන් රැක ගැනීම සඳහා ඉදිරියට ආ යුතුව තිබේ. පෞද්ගලික වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යාල පරාජය කිරීම උදෙසා මේ දක්වා අප ගෙන ආ අරගලය තවමත් ජයග්‍රහණයේ ඉම දක්වා පැමිණ නැත. එවන් මොහොතක ඉදිරි ගමන් මඟ සීරුවෙන් තෝරා බේරා ගැනීම අප ඉදිරියේ ඇති ප්‍රබලම අභියෝගයයි. සුර දූතයන් මතු නොව දෙවියන් පවා පය නොගසන සොහොන් පිටි වල කරණම් ගසන යකුන්ගේ වෙස් ගෙන ඇති අධ්‍යාපන බලධාරීන්ගේ උමතුවට වැඩි ආයුෂ නැති බැව් ඉතා පැහැදිළිය. යක්‍ෂාවේෂයෙන් පරලව මෙරට සුවහසක් දරු පරපුරේ අධ්‍යාපන අයිතිය එක රැයින් විනාශ කරන බවට වහසි බස් තෙපලන අධ්‍යාපන බලධාරීන් හා නිලධාරීන්ට නිසි පිළිතුරු දීමේ හෝරාව එළඹෙමින් ඇත. මේ මොහොතේද අපගේ කාර්යභාරය අපි ඉතා නිවැරදිව වටහා ගනිමින් සිටිමු. අද දින අපගේ අධ්‍යාපන අයිතිය රැක දීම උදෙසා අතීතයේදී සිසු විරුවන් හෙළූ ඩා දිය, කඳුළු, ලේ වල පුස්ඹ තවමත් අපගේ නාස් පුඩු අතරේ සැරි සරයි. අප උදෙසා ඔවුන් සිය ඇස්, ඉස්, මස්, ලේ, ඇට, නහර පූජා කළ වග කිසිදා අපට අමතක කළ නොහේ. බංකොලොත් ආර්ථිකයට හුස්ම පිඹීමට සිතා කුණු කොල්ලයට විකිණීමට වලිකන අපගේ නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය ලැබීමේ ශුද්ධ වූ අයිතිය රැක ගැනීම උදෙසා කුමන හෝ කැප කිරීමක් කිරීමට අපේ සූදානම් බව නැවත හඬ නගා කීමට කාලය පැමිණ තිබේ. මේ රටේ වෛද්‍ය අධ්‍යාපනය මුදලට විකිණීමෙන් කවරකුට සෙත සැලසීමට උත්සාහ දරයිද? මේ රටේ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාවට හෝ සාතිශය බහුතර සාමාන්‍ය ජනතාවට ඉන් අත් වන වාසිය කුමක්ද? කකිළිය මරා රන් බිජු ගැනීමට නින්දිත උත්සාහයක යෙදෙන පාලකයින්ට වෛද්‍ය අධ්‍යාපනය මුදලට විකිණීමෙන් රටට සිදු වන විපත නොපෙනේද? රට ගැනවත් ජනතාව ගැනවත් හාංකවිසියකවත් හැඟීමක් නැති බලධාරීන් අධ්‍යාපනයේ ලොක්කන් බවට පත් වූ පමණින් නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය එක රැයින් වනසා දැමීමට ඉඩ දිය හැකිද?
දයාබර සොයුර, සොයුරිය, මේ ගැන නැවත නැවතත් සිතා බැලීමටත්, අප ඉදිරියේ ඇති මේ මහා අනතුර වහ වහා හඳුනා ගැනීමටත්, ඊට එදිරිව නොසැලී සටන් කිරීමටත් අපි අදිටන් කර ගනිමු. කිසිඳු අයිතියක් රන් බන්දේසි මත තබා ජනතාව වෙත පිළිගැන්වූ පාලකයින් ගැන කිසි දවසක අප අසා නැත. මිනිස් සමාජය විසින් සියළු යහපත් දේ දිනා ඇත්තේ කැපවීමෙන් සටන් කිරීම තුළින්ම පමණය. අපි මාලඹේ පෞද්ගලික වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යාලයට එරෙහි සටන අරඹා මේ වන විට වසරකුත් ඉක්ම ගොස් ඇත. නමුත් එම පෞද්ගලික වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යාලය තවමත් නිරුපද්‍රිතව ඇත. එසේ නම් නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය රැක ගැනීම උදෙසා කුමන හෝ මිලක් ගෙවීමට අප සූදානම් බව පාලකයින් දැනගත යුතු කාලය පැමිණ ඇත. ඒ සඳහා පෙරට එමු. සටන් කරමු. ජය ගනිමු.

sorry my dear doctors,should think that many of students they trying to get their opportunity..specially from foreign countries ..spend too much money and after came back to srilanka also spending for the classes of ERPM, exams in SLMC , Get register...so think by privet university why to spend money ..that we can get out from our country ?why to sell the education to other countries.these money not for us..for our future children...
ReplyDeleteand also want to say im also a doctor who graduated foreign country and registered in SLMC ..before exam i had worked with local Medical students in General Hospital - Gampaha ..those who are really... were like our brother and sisters we worked together...like family..most of them from Ragama, Colombo,Peradeniya .so why they didnt think like that..why they didnt think that we also just a foreign graduates .. may be not to close relation.....never..these thoughts just your fantasy... so you should away from these stuff and who are dealing to this...may be they are from out of the medical faculty...so my future doctors no need to fight through this..better to work together and make wonderful future for the people of Sri lanka...thank you...

Dear Dr Jaysekara Iam a medical student from Ragama medical faculty.the problem of establishment of PMC in sri lanka is not a thing wich you are going to tell.In sri lanka education should be given free.not for money,power,race.thats why a free education system is here.thats sure every students in sri lanka should have a opportunity to have a higher education as they want according to their quilifications.for that and to avoid to foreign education ,why these goverments open new goverment medical faculties in sri lanka.dont tell now that goverment does not have money.we have proved that people in srilanka gives money to goverment as much as enough as taxes.
ReplyDeleteestablishment of private soctor will definitly ruin the goverment sector.dont foget, this is sri lanka .every politician go to parliment not for people,but for them selves.to earn money.
at present giving education is a only expendable thing.it does not gives money directly.if they give this to privete sector goverment can be stpoed paying money.
dr Jayasekare,we dont need to loose anyones education opprtunity,as a social group for protecting free education we never do that,at the same time right to education of all students in sri lanka,despite rich and poor.that can be done only to free education.not to privete sector.thats why we against to PMC in sri lanka.
can PMC do that as free education does?,no PMC need only money.not even qualifications.(read pmc history in sri lanka.it will give you the informations more)
